Acceptable Use Policy

The activities that are prohibited on DealerOS and the consequences of violations.

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out conduct that is prohibited when using DealerOS. It applies to every user under your account and supplements the Terms & Conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

You and your users must not engage in:

  • Fraud or misrepresentation.
  • Any illegal activity or use that violates applicable law.
  • Distributing malware or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service.
  • Unauthorised access to our APIs or systems.
  • Uploading malicious, infringing, or unlawful files.
  • Sharing accounts or credentials with unauthorised individuals.
  • Violating the intellectual-property rights of DealerOS or others.

3. Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Suspension of the affected user or account.
  • Permanent ban from the Service.
  • Legal action where warranted.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any prohibited activity, please report it to support@dealeros.com.
