Subscription & Billing Policy

DealerOS Professional is offered at AED 500 per month. The plan includes the inventory, sales, CRM, repairs, accounting, KPI, reporting, notifications, and consignment modules, subject to these policies.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Each billing period begins on the date your subscription is activated or renewed.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. Repeated failures may result in cancellation.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required, value-added tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice in accordance with UAE law.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. DealerOS does not store full card details; payment data is handled by the provider under its own security standards.

Invoices are generated for each successful payment and are available in your billing area. Invoices include the plan, amount, applicable taxes, and payment date.

Where additional plans or add-ons are offered, changes take effect according to the terms presented at the time of the change. The Professional plan is currently the standard offering.

You may cancel at any time from your billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Certain accounts may be designated as billing-exempt (for example, founder accounts provisioned with an exempt access code). These accounts receive access without recurring charges and are not subject to the payment provisions above.
